Mike and Wendy Perry have been married for over 24 years and have two amazing adult daughters. Mike is a Clinical Psychologist and Wendy is a Nurse Executive—both retired from the U.S. Army. They Co-Founded Catalyst Executive Advising and Development (dba KATALIS) in 2015 and currently work together as Leadership Consultants and Coaches.

Mike and Wendy began in Marriage Ministry in 2012, and have enriched marriages through Small Groups, Conferences, Coaching, and Marriage Therapy. They began a partnership with FamilyLife when they served as volunteers for the Weekend to Remember Marriage Conference as Group Coordinators in 2013. They became a Director Couple and led a team of volunteers for the Weekend to Remember in Augusta, GA, for two years beginning in 2016. In 2019 Mike and Wendy were invited to join FamilyLife’s Weekend to Remember Speaker Team, where they engage couples across the entire nation.

Mike and Wendy believe that God has a plan and purpose for every marriage and family and have committed themselves to helping others discover and live in their purpose.
